The wait to get that into evidence, or even to publicize it in the Mainstream Media (who would have lapped up the chance to have a Press Conference with Schindler family attorneys), was agonizing. I can't make any sense of it.
I know these lawyers have fought hard for the Schindlers on Terri's behalf, but when I look at the responses from the judges on their appeals, I wonder if they need help on this case. The response from Whittemore in particular, looked to this laywoman's eyes, like he had to take them through Law 101.
